- If a hospital requires cell salvage routinely throughout the month, it becomes more economical to sign up for our contract service. Blood Savers can customize the service for each hospital. Some of the provisions of this service might include:
- The loan of the cell salvage equipment plus all of the disposables required for the cases.
- The training of designated hospital staff by our technicians so that the hospital will have their own trained technicians when they are needed.
- Ongoing education for the designated technicians to ensure that they maintain their expertise and competence.
- Provision of an “on call” service by Blood Savers. Technicians will be on call to support the hospital's continuing cell salvage needs.
